Grade - one New Admission welcome Ceremony

The grade one new admission welcome ceremony was held at the BT/PD/Periyakallar M.M.T.Girl School recently. Organized by Paddiruppu Education zone. The Children were welcomed by the school society. The Zonal Director of Education , Educational Zone officers, School Principal , teachers, members of the School Development Society, parents and past pupils were present. Grade 2 students performed a range of performances on stage to the new children and their parents.

We wish the little children all the best and hope they will make padzone proud!!!

Padzone annual gathering - 2023

The awaited An annual year-end get-together of the Pad zone organized by the welfare society of (padzone) was held at the education office on Tuesday 14th March 2023. The Zonal Director of education Mr. Sivanatham Sritharan was invited as a chief guest to grace the occasion. Deputy Director of Education (Education Administration), Deputy Director of Education (Education Planning), Deputy Director of Education (Education Development), Accountant, Assistant Directors of Education, Divisional Education Officers, ITDLH officers, Teacher’s Center officers, In service Advisors, Coordinators and non Academic Staffs were participated at the event. Many colourful programmes (songs , Drama , Dance ) were staged by the staffs.

Retirement

Co-ordinator (English subject ) Mr.V.Maheswaran has got his retirement from his untiring service of 31 years in Paddiruppu Education zone on the 10th March 2023. A farewell function was held at that day to honour his services rendered to the Paddiruppu Education Zone community.

Bilingual Education - Paddiruppu Education Zone

The inaugural meeting for Bilingual Education of Paddiruppu zone was held under the patronage of the Zonal Director of Education, Mr. S.Sritharan, at the Auditorium today. The principals of selected schools participated at this meeting. The Zonal Director of Education requested the principals to start it for grade 6 initially with Maths, Science, and ICT.Subjeçts.

The Moderator specially trained at NIE also took part in this meeting.

Workshop on building positive character traits based on Human Values

The workshop on “Building positive character traits based on human values" for the Acadamic staff (Paddiruppu zone) organized by the Zonal Director Of Education was held on 3rd .MARCH .2023 at the Assembly hall (Kaluthavalai M.V). Swami Surachdananda Jee Maharaj (Assistant Manager - Ramakrishna Mission Batticaloa ) was the chief guest of the event. Mr.G.Vinayagamoorthy (coordinator- Institute of Sri Sathya Sai Education in Human Excellence – Srilanka) , Mr N.Puvanendran (founder of Sathya Sai Institute for Human Excellence – Srilanka), and Mr. Mr. S.Vivekanandan (Medical Officer Of Health - Vellaveli Division) were participated as a resource persons in the workshop.
Finally Swami Surachdananda Jee Maharaj issued certificates and blessings to the participants of this event .The event was over with the vote of thanks, delivered by Mr. P.Thivitharan (Duputy Director Of Education – Paddirppu Education Zone). Mr. Sivanantham Sritharan (Zonal Director Of Education) has appreciated everyone who supported to make this event a success.
